Poker Size – Regular Index

In this section you will see all of the different varieties of Copag plastic playing cards that qualify as poker size cards and regular index. Poker size cards are the widest cards, measuring 2.5 inches wide. They are 3.5 inches tall, just as all standard size playing cards. The index refers to the size of printing used for the pips. The pips are the numbers or letters in the corners of the card which inform you of the value (ex. 9, 10, J, Q, K, A). If the index is regular, then a standard or regular size of print is used. If the index is jumbo, then a much larger print size has been used.

While we try to explain the differences in poker size and bridge size playing cards along with the difference in regular index and jumbo index in simple terms, we realize that it can be confusing if you are not already familiar with the terms. Therefore we have provided some pictures below that should help to explain the differences. Addtionally, if you would like more information, the Copag page should help.
